Window replacement permits - drawings must include size of window, room designation and show door swing if near window

DECK (Repair, Replace and New)

Site Plan Indicating distance of existing and/or new deck from all property lines
Floor plan with dimensions showing the layout of the deck
Show size and length of lumber used
Identify modifications to any existing structure: post, beams joist, etc…
Indicate height of deck from ground, and showing footing specs

ADDITIONS/SUNROOMS/SCREENED PORCHES/SHEDS

Site Plan Indicating distance of structure to property lines (Shed Only)
Floor plan with room identification
Wall section showing wall from footing to roof-tie in, and with window sizes if applicable
Energy Code Affidavit posted per code (If applicable)

BASEMENT FINISH/ENCLOSED GARAGE

Site Plan/Survey showing distance to all property lines-for enclosed garage only
Floor plan window sizes, room identification and room dimensions
Wall section showing type of wall to be constructed if any
Energy code affidavit posted per code (if applicable)

PLANS FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL (WITH MEP's) CONSTRUCTION PERMITS
